Easy as anything stripped berries from stalks into a pan, added a pound of sugar for every pound of fruit, simmer for about 20 minutes let it cool and bottle. About 4 pound of fruit made 2 litres of cordial.

Used about 2 tablespoons in a glass of water or milk, I reckon it will be nice over ice cream as well.
