Am pissed off..........hung off from ordering on line.......was at 3 garden
centres today...................1st has none in yet................ 2nd only has
Unwins first earlys.........and they look like poop........ and 3rd has only
got ones with a japanese sounding name............grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
told em all wardy says I need radar and electric  _________________ Don't get your knickers in a knot. Nothing is solved and it just makes you walk funny

Found that : Only registered users can see links on this forum! Register or Login on forum! | but not the 'oller one
Last year I got them from a special offer in one of the gardening magazines, but they don't seem to do them this year  |

No sets from here (I don't think) but they do list Echalion seeds under at the bottom right of the 2nd page I think it is (under torpedo shallots) ( I think....I've forgotten between looking and writing this )

To answer Sunny's question banana shallots are grown by Barringtons (see thier website)
elongated shallots are very common though Sunny and easy to get hold of. I reckon Echalion sounds like scallion and that's a welsh onion. The plot thickens.

Senshyu onions - have now tried from autumn sown seed and from sets and disappointed with consistency.
