I'm glad you folks class egg custard as just that and not with a pastry base. Mention egg custard round ere and folks starting going on about the pastry. Peasants Laughing

So, lots of eggs in store so gonna make me a baked egg custard. BRB Cool

I've just read this thread to find that I said (way back when...) that I didn't like egg custard Shocked
Then I made Dom's recipe for the kids, scoffed most of it meself and now I'm addicted Laughing Laughing Laughing

gonna do it tomorrow, honest. I couldn't find my souffle dish thing so had to go out and buy another. They hadn't got one so bought six Pyrex ramekins instead. Hope they'll do
