Use them in pasta sauces and veggie curry Also tried a great Indian recipe for stuffed aubergine a few weeks ago - will go find it later
Been on holidays in Greece where they slice them and fry them in a really light batter too ... |

Mine have only just been let out of propagator protection this week after having potted them on. Some are 4-5" high so Flo, if you want to pop round and get some...?

Mine look green and healthy but are only ickle - about 2".
