My mum gave me a little book to read yesterday, she got it when she went to Alnwick earlier on this year................

Its called, The Poison Garden, its a fascinating read, and its not just the obvious plants that it contains are also some plants i had no idead were poisonous Shocked

Anyway it is a great read, just thought I'd tell ya Embarassed Laughing

I went last year Del and there are guides in there to answer questions and give info. Right interesting Very Happy You should go there and see it for yourself. You would all love it! They were building a new visitor centre when I was there which should be done now. The tree house is amazing and the kids would love that. There are all sorts of water spouts and features which the kids are encouraged to play on and in. Great place all round Very Happy

I went last year too but the poison garden was closed - and I wanted a short chill at the time as well so was a bit peeved Laughing

What a wonderful tree house. Please will somebody build me one Confused Very Happy

Reminds me a bit of Treetops Hotel in Kenya where you can go spend the night and watch the wildlife come to drink at the pool below Very Happy
