Mine are producing all female flowers, bit surprised usually get all male ones first. Don't mind so much having all male flowers first but disappointed to lose all those potential squashes |

Well, it's that time of year again when Wardy's thoughts turn to all things pumpkin
Sowed all but the giants again this year. Not enough time to grow a big un plus I want to grow ones for food. Mind you I have sown some Jumbo Pink Banana seed cos they're bonkers. Done the usual lovely edible ones
Crown Prince, Winter Festival, Autumn Harvest, Delicata Honeyboat, Sunny's Cinderella squash, Sunburst, Thelma Sanders (thanks Tara), Green striped Cushaw (for pies), white Cushaw 'Jonathan' (ta Flo), butternut (ta GV), and Potimarron (again, ta Flo).
Pity about the whoppers but they need sowing early and tending like a baby |
