Have such a need for lovely lady to un-wind me enough to get my shoulders away from my ears!!!

... problem is last time she did it I was a sick as as a dog ... all those toxins Confused

... keep drinking green tea and the watrer and hope for the best !! Confused

I can not understand how a smell and a quick rub can get rid of toxins Confused

Surely it needs flushing out Question

Well ... I can seee you guys well and truly rubbished my thread ... Rolling Eyes

... but as I was saying Del Laughing

... poor girl had to work so hard on my spine!! Cracks and bangs in every muscle!!

...concoction of lavender, rosemary, ginger and black pepper. Wonderful smell Cool

She gave me far longer than usual ... maybe took pity on me !! Very Happy

What was interesting was that she picked up on the stiffness in my left leg ... all down to digging and the 100's of extra miles that I now having to drive ... the clutch peddle has much to answer for Confused

They are flushed out, by way of the lymphatic system. The massage stimulates blood and lymph flow, side effects people can suffer are headaches, nausea and increased visits to the loo, ie. flushing out the toxins. Although unpleasant at the time all the above mean that the treatment was successful and once the headaches etc have eased then the client should be feeling much much better in the long run.

Flo if you've got muscular or spinal probs, try to make your aromatherapy apppointments as regular as possible....................a great blend you had there, the ginger and black pepper are fantastic with muscular aches and pains. Will help if you pop 5 or 6 drops of each in the bath and have a lovely long soak (if you have time), dont' add bubble bath or anything though else it will conteract the oils
