OK! so things are slowing down now ... do the bubbles have to completely STOP ?? Confused

And having done that ... how do you get it all going again ??? More sugar ?? Confused

to rack off you use some tubing to siphon the 'must' from it's demijon into another, sterilised demijon.
keep the tube above the sediment in the bottom so that gets left behind. (you can top up with some boiled water if you have to)

often, simply racking off from the sediment is enough to gets things cooking again Very Happy

Rhubarb 22/06/07 and t'other is gooseberry 10/07/07. All seems to have gone quiet now. How cool should it be where they sit and rest ??
