Sounds like those chooks are keeping you busy!! P&P Laughing are obviously doing well - do you have to clip their feathers or is that a no-no these days? I don't know much about all things avian. They've got a bit of a des res there now then... Cool Laughing Laughing

We googled "How to clip chooks wings... whilst friends were over... Embarassed then had the mad chicken chase to catch them, and did it! Dead easy! Very Happy I think, mind you they can still jump dead high.. Rolling Eyes Wink

we found that we only had to clip their wings once or twice, then they settled down and didn't bother flying anymore Very Happy
They can fly now (so can get away from predatory cats and Sophie if they want to Wink ) but (and I know I'm tempting fate here) they don't try to fly away. Very Happy

All the stuff I couldn't shred I've gone over with the petrol mower to get it smaller then sucked it up with the leaf machine Very Happy

I can't move! Shocked 8 miles there and back to a pub on me new bike... Very Happy 2 pints of cider and a very wobly ride back, I love it! Me butt is sooo sore I can barely move, I have no idea where I left me legs... Shocked wonderful! Very Happy

I got a box of Shiraz yesterday thinking it'd last twice as long and it was on offer, so was better value. I drank 3 glasses instead of 2 last night Embarassed Laughing Laughing got a mug of tea here Shocked Laughing

Baby one is upstairs, plaing with her new PINK telly and dvd player Shocked
baby two (who should have been in bed hours ago Rolling Eyes ) is playing on the living room floor with an ark and plastic animals.
Sadly, plastic cow has died and plastic cows plastic brother is bereft and in need of comforting thru the funeral.

Made it to the plot for a couple of hours, and guess what ... I did some weeding Rolling Eyes Confused

Greens are looking healthy Razz , so far have managed to fox the sky rats Twisted Evil Very Happy Cleared a bed to sow some chard and bordeaux, might even be enough room for mizuna and pak choi!

Evening gang - just finished a protracted game of monopoly - I lost Evil or Very Mad

We finished fencing in one side of the back garden, mowed, weeded, burned things Laughing , tidied the garage out, cleaned pots and troughs and did a couple of dump runs. Gonna go to work for a rest tomorrow Rolling Eyes Hope everyone had a good weekend! Very Happy
