Well, Bob... you need apples! Very Happy Laughing

Me little book says windfalls are ok, Watson, so giving it a whirl... Shocked

6lb of apples, wash and dice em up, skin and pips an' all!

Simmer for 10-15 mins in 4.5 litres of water (I had to use 2 saucepans... Shocked )

Strain the liquid over 2.5lbof sugar and the thinly peeled rind of un lemon. Stir well... Laughing

When lukewarm, add the juice of the lemon, yeast, yeast nutrient, 150 mls of concentrate (optoinal, I do believe... Confused Laughing ) 1 teaspoon of citric acid, cover it and ignore it for 24 hours....

Pour into a fermenting jar and watch them bubblies pop...! Very Happy

Put inwarm place to ferment for about 4 weeks, siphon of into clean demijohn and leave to mature for 6 months (means days for me, I'm sure of it...) Laughing
