Is it ok for me to use in my preggy state? They bought it from the body shop as a leaving do the the lady there said dont use the peppermint one. Also for my Epilepsy. Any ideas? Think it should be ok. Just need to locate my feet and I'll be well away.

oh Bags sorry I seemed to have missed this, lemongrass can stimulate menstrual flow so is not advised in pregnancy but I'll check the body shop product and just see how far down the ingredient list it is, brb Confused

Bags, I couldn't recommend using peppermint while pregnant either, I am starting to make my own range of products so could send you something which would be perfect for you, is it a scrub or a foot cream you are wanting.

Essential Oils to Avoid in Pregnancy

Basil
Cedarwood
Clary Sage
Cypress
Geranium
Hyssop
Jasmine
Juniper
Marjoran
Myrrh
Peppermint
Rosemary
Lemongrass

Essential Oils not to be used by people suffering with Epilepsy

Sweet Fennel
Hyssop
Rosemary
Sage

hope that helps, I'll pm you Bags
Very Happy

Now is obviously the time that you dispose yourself on a chaise-longue
feign helplessness, a need for tender loving care by the cart load, and to have your feet rubbed with soothing lointment !! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I personally think that a snowy hill should be found (or failing that an indoor ski slope) and she should be made to go sledging. Laughing
