Cape gooseberries are just fab, and I'md dead jealous I had 3 or the hooooooooooooooogest plants last year covered in fruit, they were just beginning to ripen as I moved and they had to be left because they were tooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooge to get out of the greenhouse and because of my lack of sowing this year I havne't got any, they are brill

I have been known to exaggerate but I know they were too big to move wihtout damaging them

Been sorting my garden today, I should have gone to the plot instead At least I can eat what grows there Been hacking weeds, and overgrown trees ... just having a break and I'm going back

I've got Jogi berriy seedlings ... ever so chuffed ... if and when ever they fruit thought I'd try Jogi Vodka!! ... beats muffins !!

In the past few days we have had 2 1/2" of rain!

So ... as NOT been plotting is the order of the day ... am sowing peas in guttering today!

And yesterday planted up my tomato hanging baskets with some trailing lobelia, to encourage the friendlies

it's teaming it down at the moment. Warm and muggy though so no plotting nor nuffink

I haven't been plotting for a while and I'm dreading seeing my plot
My garden is bad enough, I have brambles the length of triffids
