I make the soup for our RHS adv/dip students on a Friday, I am stuck wot to make this week, I have got a small butternut (sadly not mine again), 1 and a half cucumbers, 4 or 5 leeks and the usual toms, pots, onions. If I throw it all in what can i call it?

Cucs make a nice cold soup. I would leave them out and call it Butternut and leek soup bulked up with potatoes. Dead catchy that. Alternatively, take the initials and a bit or artistice licence and you can call it Balls Up. Laughing

Well did you do soup? you could always put dried soup mix (peas, barley & lentils) in to add texture. Or pasta.
