Just been reading how to get a great nights sleep !!!!
· 4oz onions or shallots
· 2 garlic cloves
· 2 Tbsp butter
· tsp ground coriander
· half tsp salt
· black pepper to taste
· 4oz peeled potato
· 12oz torn lettuce leaves
· 24fl oz water or stock
· fresh dill if available
Fry onions and garlic in butter to soften. Add all other ingredients & cook for 15 mins. Add finely chopped dill for last 5 mins.
Whizz or liquidise ... sleep tight
