Don't even TALK about beans Sad

MY frenchies are sat sulking refusing to even think abuot climbing up my trendy rustic poles. Fed, watered and lazy as you like so I've had abuot two handfuls instead of the expected two carrier bags!

Got some absolutely perfect carrots thuogh. Dead straight, no carrot fly, great taste and colour, good size and good germination. ONly problem is I have lost the packet, don't know where I got them from, can't remember the name or even if they came from a catalogue - or why I changed from my normal variety Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed

Anyone know a good way to identify the variety Rolling Eyes

Cos I'm going away and Pissed-ol Pete is a tad unreliable I have harvested everything that will be harvestable within the next seven days. So I have tons of courgettes from about 20cm long to 3cm long and unpollinated (will use these whole tonight) and stripped all my bean plants (runners and French). I have also cut the last of my spring cabbage (my summer ones are a bit sluggish though) and dug loads of new spuds. I have loads of tomatoes but no red ones - think that they will all go red Sunday Rolling Eyes I have even got a second flush of broad beans because I cut them down to ground level when they finished and the plants have (as hoped) sprung back to life.
