I'd better get me finger out then
Picked some goodly veggies today. Wanted a mixture to make pakora and ended up with courgettes (millions), peas, broc, coriander, spinach, onion, garlic and even fenugreek, spuds and carrots.
They were lovely Dished up with fat Desiree chips and mango chutters. I was gonna do a salad but couldn't be fussed. Got the mixed lettuces, cues and red onion but OH didn't get back til 11.30 pm so I was a bit fed up of the whole idea by then |

Me either Dom. I was doing really well but was sharing the plot with a friend, we were having half each, but now he's decided that digging is too much hard work and only wants a quarter of the plot so i have to start again on the other side now The bits that we have done are looking good tho |
