Grew these last year - hardly any fruit. Dom had the same and I put it down the bad weather. Growing them again this year. Plant as big as the courgettes which are producing bucket loads. Nowt so far from this - can't blame the weather for the past week or so. Maybe they are just shite! _________________

 I never did any this year, thought I had some seeds tucked away but discovered they were more butternuts  Shall have a go at the golden ones next year,.
... and they don't crawl everywhere do they? _________________ Gulp ...

they are a well behaved plant Flo. I had a little fruit on the other day when I went to the plot so now I bet it's as big as a football
They're my faves and I always do well with em. Can't imagine what Ade is playing at
They reckon they've improved it with a better one. Called er um .....sommat else  could be Yellow Bird or some such thing. It's in the Moles catalogue, amongst others |
