Grew these last year - hardly any fruit. Dom had the same and I put it down the bad weather. Growing them again this year. Plant as big as the courgettes which are producing bucket loads. Nowt so far from this - can't blame the weather for the past week or so. Maybe they are just shite!

is it just me or is this site running slower than Smeg. Losing the will to live with it today Sad

Oh where were we! Sunburst! I always grow em cos they're fab and I get loads. Having said that none yet this year but then I've not been to the plot since last Sunday Rolling Eyes

I'll go tomorrow and have a look. I shall take pics if there are any Very Happy

Sad I never did any this year, thought I had some seeds tucked away but discovered they were more butternuts Confused Shall have a go at the golden ones next year,.

... and they don't crawl everywhere do they?

they are a well behaved plant Flo. I had a little fruit on the other day when I went to the plot so now I bet it's as big as a football Rolling Eyes

They're my faves and I always do well with em. Can't imagine what Ade is playing at Laughing

They reckon they've improved it with a better one. Called er um .....sommat else Embarassed could be Yellow Bird or some such thing. It's in the Moles catalogue, amongst others

Went up the plot tonight and appear to have a baby on there so maybe all is not lost! Very Happy
