Here goes....
10 oz margarine
13 oz caster sugar
4 eggs
3 oz cocoa powder
4 oz SR flour
4 oz plain choccie chips
Veeeeery complicated now Bung all ingredients togevver Mix until evenly blended and spoon into tin (same size as for the lemon drizzle cake), lined with thingy paper ...
Cook for 40-45 min at 180 deg C .... Check with your oven cos I don't leave them in that long, but that's what the book says
They are yummy and I may make another batch in a mo _________________

nah, been making buns in a mini combi oven thing which is brill I have to say. Best thing I ever bought (Panasonic) You can't fit a bun tray in though so the bun papers have to support themselves and cos you have to cram them together (12 at a time) they lose their shape and you end up with tear shaped buns, but no matter, they taste the same. Bit of a faff though as can't cook anything which needs a larger tray
My new cooker was supposed to take 4 - 6 weeks. Their time is up. Tum ti tum
Right, going to make these as muffins so I can fit them in t'oven |

Sorry to hear about your new oven, Wardy!
Dom, the brownies are a big hit in our house, thanks for the recipe. Here's what's left of the first batch (and they won't be there for much longer )
