Thought I'd better start off the most important topic of all.........................have added the yeast to my own recipe clementine wine tonight, smells wonderful. had to make up me own recipe coz no-one was speaking to me in the other place when I asked for recipe ideas.

Just sat down with a wonderful glass of Beetroot Wine.................happy days.......cheers.........hic....hic

Pop!!!! Obviously being under age you never got to grips with beetroot, parsley, carrot whiskey etc. It's lethal and shouldn't be supped by the uninitiated cos too dangerous like. Too much and you go home in an ambulance
