Am in a quandry (like broom cupboard but smaller)
Me snip wine - how loose does terminology get ? - is showing no sign of clearing at all Confused
Rhubarb winemaking (which is massively recommended on several fronts) is not far off - we dont have room for more dj's
So should I persvere with the snip (ouch Shocked I'm not finished yet) or sling it and do barb instead ?

Dunno why I didn't see this before - my advice for non-clearing wine is just to rack it off into another demijohn. Tis like magic - seems to clear after you have done that. Then it can be bottled and you don't get so much scuzz at the bottom of the bottle. BTW seal the new demijohn after it has had an airlock for a couple of days in case of secondary fermentation. Very Happy
