Having come off the plot and forgotten to use one's gardening gloves Rolling Eyes ... what does anyone use to get their hands clean Confused

... have this problem of going to meetings with grubby paws Shocked ... not quite the thing me thinks !! Laughing

an olive oil and granulated sugar mix with a splodge of lemon juice if you've got any Very Happy

Olive oil and course salt. They sell it at the ideal home exhibition for shed loads. Bung some smelly oil in it and charge £10 a pot Shocked

keep an ordinary bar of soap at the plot and drag your nails across it before you start
(stops dirt from getting behind your nails Wink )

Having used the scouring mixture I will have to be very careful about treating what's left of my skin !!! It's a bit paper thin!! Laughing

I used to use margarine and sugar when I was a fitter, always worked a treat. Not very happy about some one saying use salt, would make you squeel with any cuts. Crying or Very sad

salt is excellent and does the job but can be a bit harsh, sugar is deffo the preferred option Laughing
