That exercise does actually work Laughing Laughing Laughing

The part of my mid life crisis not satiated by buying (but not yet riding) a motor bike got me out exercising, so recently I've bought a bike and now cycle to work, go swimming on a Monday, tennis on a Tuesday, gym on a Wednesday, tennis on a Thursday, five a side on Friday, day off Saturday, gym on a Sunday. And every morning I'm running with Charlie. Today is the first day I actually feel fitter and not just knackered Laughing Laughing Laughing
