I'm in the process of planning what to plant in my new raised beds Very Happy Very Happy - definitely want raspberries but need to know how many plants do I need to buy? Confused Want some summer and some autumn varieties and there's only 2 of us ...

Depends how much room you've got Lily Confused I think I started with 10 of each , and they soon spread... Autumn Bliss is a must,lovely raspberries and you can get 2 crops Cool

Nope Tara you aren't now is a perfect time to plant them Very Happy

Lily 10 canes of each should be enough to begin with, they spread quite quickly so you'll soon have way more than you need Very Happy

they're in the garden centres now so go get em. They were in pots of three. Last year I planted three but one died and two is nowhere near enough so I wish I'd bought six
