Blackberry vodka sounds lovely Very Happy

... this is what my friend sent me Wink

Recipe is:-

Put half to 2/3rds of jar of blackberries or raspberries (or other yet to be tried out fruit),

Fill jar with vodka.

Shake every day or whenever you think about it for a couple of weeks and leave for a couple of months,

Then strain through muslin.

Eat fruit with cream and don’t drive afterwards!!! Laughing

Make sugar water (I just guess quantities) - throw sugar and water into pan and heat till dissolved then mix with the vodka little by little till you reach a taste you like.

The sugar water brings out the depth of flavour of the fruit. Bottle

( I do sterilise the bottles by putting boiling water in them, discarding then putting bottles in low oven to dry).

Lasts for ever until you open it!!! Shocked

Enjoy !!
