Sorry, it's not a recipe but hoping someone can come up with one Cool

The supermarket has this, haven't tried theirs but it looks yum, so wondered if anyone would have a recipe for similar, please? Coz I've loads of red onions Very Happy

It's described as follows:

Sweet caramelised red onion relish flavoured with balsamic vinegar and black pepper

Sugar, Red Onions (36%), Water, White Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar (2%), Gelling Agent (pectin), Acidity Regulator (citric Acid), Salt, Black Pepper


How would I go about making it?
