For those of you into ice cream..... this one is yum is you have a glut of raspberries Very Happy

175g rasp.
80g castor sugar
50 cc cream
250 cc yoghurt
2 tbsps lemon juice

Mix everything and put into machine... Takes 30 to 40 min Very Happy

Follow MB's instructions if you don't have machine cos I can't remember them Embarassed
