Well that Sarah looks the business though. Very confident, capable, funny and I bet she can get her head round the detail unlike Obama. The dems shoulda picked Hils who has got the brains. Funny though they pick the blokes and look what a load of crap they always are Very Happy

You can call Maggie but at least she kept her trousers on whilst all around her were losing theirs Evil or Very Mad

I also think she was spot on with the "vanity, vanity, all is vanity, thing" too Very Happy

Things are really hectic here at the moment, I am organising a charity ball which takes place next Saturday so really busy with that. Also been elected Chair of a comittee this morning so that will keep me busy too.

Tara - I was going to say the same as Flo. Years ago one of my friends was a mini cab driver and she had a regular job driving a couple of kids to school and picking them up each day - I think that the cab company did it cheaper than usual fare as it was a regular job Very Happy

Might be worth trying your local licensed minicab firms, especially if perhaps you could find another parent locally who may be interested in splitting the bill Confused

because she is vulnerable and mini cab drivers are not crb checked she must also have a female escort with her. But even still, the college is only five miles away from our house.....how can it cost over eighty quid a day?

last year the council paid for her transport out of the independent living fund that comes from central government. But this year they say 'the rules have changed'
