Luckily enough I have a small elderflower tree on the corner of my plot so half will be collected for elderflower and the other half left for elderberry, many a happy childhood day was spent with a fork removing the flowers from the stalks ! My favourite was a sickly sweet dandelion wine that my mother made once so I will be giving that a try a well |

Its quite a nice sweet finish to the evening after all the other stuff consumed.
