Laughing Laughing I did have a little taste - just to get the pipe full you know Wink and considering I don't like wine it was quite nice Smile It is a source of amusement to my mother - who brews her own out of anything - that considering I usually hate wine I am showing so much enthusiasm for brewing my own Laughing

Luckily enough I have a small elderflower tree on the corner of my plot so half will be collected for elderflower and the other half left for elderberry, many a happy childhood day was spent with a fork removing the flowers from the stalks ! My favourite was a sickly sweet dandelion wine that my mother made once so I will be giving that a try a well
